This client wanted to update a 1970's home in Lake Oswego modernizing the main floor and kitchen as well as adding new storage options and brightening the space.

This kitchen and main floor remodeling project was performed on a 1973 home in Lake Oswego. The client wanted to transform the space by opening it up, adding a modern kitchen with updated storage as well as new flooring, trim and paint throughout the main floor area.
Our Design/Build team removed unnecessary walls opening up the space, relocated the plumbing and HVAC creating an open and inviting space into the main living room and kitchen. We also installed custom cabinets throughout with multiple upgraded storage options, new countertops, new lighting and paint colors creating a well lit environment for entertaining.

-Remove wall into the dining room to allow for "hand through" access from the kitchen
