This EIFS replacement project in Camas, WA included Hardieplank Stucco panel, and Eldorado Stone accents. We removed all of the existing EIFS cladding, inspected the entire substrate for rot (minor dry rot was found, and fixed), installed the new Stucco Panel from Hardieplank as well as stone accents from Eldorado Stone. Our client worked with an exterior designer (who we coordinated with) to make sure that the lines of the new Hardieplank stucco panel lined up with the existing lines of the home. The final design provided an updated, modern look to the home while eliminating the issues that EIFS siding bring to the table (dry rot, mold, etc....).
